Am I the only one who finds contacting Talk Talk nigh on impossible? 3 hours on the phone yesterday and passed from pillar to post. I accidently dropped my phone and lost the connection at this point. I was so stressed I couldn't bring myself to ring back.

Trying again today but can't even raise the chat line from slumber.

I am trying to resolve a problem for an elderly aunt to get her phone connected in a new house with FFTP. I just need them to talk to Open Reach!!!!!
