so im trying to cancel the withold number from my home phone service using the website but every time it says its updated then refreshes and its back selected again, its did this 3 times now and it hasnt worked. any tips? staff didnt help either 😞

Are you getting a pop up window to confirm after you have unticked the box and clicked update? If not, it might be your browser preventing it. Try disabling any ad blockers and making sure that pop ups and redirects are allowed. If that doesn't work, maybe try another browser.
