I still can't get caller display to show on my home phone. It is ticked on my account. It shows Witheld on the phone window when I know those people have not witheld their number & are also in my "VIP status & phone book" I have telephoned Talktalk several times & held on for ages while they looked into it & tested everything & did something, but it has never activated. I have had the phone tested & rung BT . They say problem is with Talktalk.

Some staff will be back on here after the weekend, @janiceure.

Make sure that you have added your Talktalk phone number to your Personal Information.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete details and scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

Staff will need this information to identify your account.

Staff did reply then, but you didn't follow up. Do keep an eye on this thread (you can find posts in your thread in the Activity tab in the profile area) and reply in the thread.

Any notification email you receive will be from a No Reply address, so don't use it to post back.

Have you tried removing Caller Display in your My Account, waited 4 hours and then tried re-adding this again to see if it works?
