Our Land Line is not working, no dialing tone cannot make calls, when calling the land line number from my mobile it just says 'line busy'

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details @Karaparrot.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

Land line has not worked over 2 weeks +

Check phone line ÷ is the displayed on receiver.

Please help to resolve the problem.

@Natslie20!, you need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread.

Staff are also asking you to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account.

Click on the community profile link in their reply to fill in that area and remember to SAVE CHANGES.
