Telephone line not working

I have had no dial tone for nearly two weeks. I've reported it twice and keep being told an engineer will investigate. I've been told it's fixed but it isn't. There's no problem with the phone itself, I've tried other handsets. The line isn't working. Please help.

I'm showing that there is a possible outage on the Openreach side that they are looking into at the moment.
