    <description>&lt;P&gt;Updated - All that is required to get back on line is a phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;line check as I think fault with BT. Perhaps you could organise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;otherwise I will have to go to another provider as I am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;out of contract. Leave with you to sort asap pleasr. Perhaps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some renewal terms would also be a&amp;nbsp; good idea.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
