frequent new message alerts from "unavailable"

Since migrating to Fibre 65, my handset regularly (pretty much hourly) shows "new message" alert but no message and caller is "unavailable".

All the messages are at 15 or 45 minutes past the hour. What is prompting this?

How can it be fixed?

@jlowe1, complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.

Go via your avatar; settings....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

There's a fix that can be applied by Talktalk once you have done this.

I've made a change here, can you monitor and see if you still get the phantom calls.
