Callsafe wont turn off

As per title

Says wait a few minutes but still not off

I dont even think it was turned on by any user my end . Got a cryptic mail yesterday saying something had changed on the account as per last time when this all had to be reset talktalk end to fix

Just to add (also presume related as per previous issues) i have a pending order apparently. No indication on what it is

Ok seems sorted now thx but still very confused

Do you agree something your end turned it on ?

What exactly is the issue where "orders" keep getting stuck given this happened a few months ago ? Is it know prob pending fix ?

Also just to add i dont think it was actually blocking anything anyways when it was on ...

Im only posting this cos if other people having similar probs might help them .

And just to get everything out there the favourite numbers still not populating ...

If anybodys out there thats seen this work please let us know

On the account there are multiple attempts to turn it on and off all either via the handset method or via My Account, once one of these orders get stuck, and we clear it, the next order in the queue kicks but because of the conflicting requests they stick again.

As you can see for example in January 23rd there are multiple requests made in a short space of time, 1 request takes minimum of 2 hours to activate its the subsequent requests that cause the order to stick.
