    <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone out of action since 6 Jan. Today I spoke to Talktalk helpline and after sometime talking was told that it was being looked into by Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I got an email later on saying that an engineer had called and the problem was fixed. But no engineer has called or been and the problem is still there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To say I’m fed up is being polite. To say an engineer has called unless the person I talked to was the engineer and I had called him I don’t know,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;still no phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The fault is still logged with Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've just checked their system for the latest info from today as follows :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Issue is linked to a major service outage. 120 end users are affected. Water ingress to cable from exchange. &amp;nbsp;Job required infrastructure. Passed to contractor. Civils required on carriageway. &amp;nbsp;Replace 125m 200 pair cable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please review on 3/2/25 for further updates.&lt;/P&gt;
