Please help i gave no internet no home phone ivsn a vunerabke adult this is sooo stressfult

Hi Susan,

All line tests are passing at the moment. Have you unplugged everything out of your phone socket , and just connect the phone by itself directly to the phone socket or 'Test Socket' if you have one, to see if there is a dial tone ? Do you have another phone handset you can test to make sure the phone itself is not faulty. If not, you can ask a friend or neighbour to test your phone handset in there socket if you are not sure
