Caller Display Not Working

Caller display has not worked on my phone for months. I have had a chat with customer services a co9uple of times and done all the things they suggested but it still doesn't work. It's not the phone as it worked when I tried it on another line. Does anyone have any suggestions? It's a really useful service. Thanks.

Yes, I know and I have tried turning it off and back on again as suggested by support staff but it still doesn't work.

Can you check the telephone number in your community profile and confirm that it's your current TalkTalk landline telephone number

No. it's still not working. Display just says Incoming Call.

Sorry I was away yesterday. I have retried and incoming call is still not displaying number.

Thanks for retesting. I've passed this over to our Faults Escalation Team now and I'll post back as soon as I receive an update. It's possible that the team may also try and contact you directly.

Thank you Chris and Michelle. The faults team contacted me and after a couple of interventions at the exchange caller display is now working again. I'm grateful for your help.
