broadband working no landline 5 months

Broadband is working like normal. The phone line has been checked or tested twice by talktalk and no issues. I have tried an old phone which doesnt work either. Phone still doesnt work to make or receive calls. There i no dial tone. Please can you advise

How to resolve, this has been 5 months

Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the SAVE CHANGES button.

Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday, so keep an eye on this thread for replies during the working day.
