Hi

last week I had a problem with noise and crackle on my land line . Open Reach done some work on it , I was disconnected for about 5 hours and all seemed ok afterwards ,but now nobody can ring through to me , they hear a ringing tone but in my house the phone rings once and stops. There is also noise on the line again now. Any help please ?

Thanks

      Dodge08

Good afternoon,

I'm so sorry to hear this. I remember your previous post/fault. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential line fault so I've passed this straight over to Openreach now for an external investigation to be completed and also noted that this is a repeat fault. I'll check first thing in the morning for an update for you.

Thanks

Michelle

Good morning,

No additional updates as yet, fault is still under investigation with Openreach. We'll check again later on today.

Thanks
