The message was alerting you to the fact that staff removed the displayed phone number from the public thread, @Cooper1945.

All personal information details should go in the profile area, saving changes whenever you add things, and only accessible by you and staff.

It's likely to be Monday before you hear back now.

The line test is clear, no faults detected.

What happens when someone calls your line? (does it ring on the callers side)

Have you tested with a different phone at the test socket?
