      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try connecting the Ethernet port of the Grandstream unit directly to the ONT in place of your eero. With a phone connected to it, try resetting the Grandstream. If it registers OK, then connect it back up as it was.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried connecting directly to the box for the fibre and still the same. Do I need to reset it again for this to work? I didn't have time this evening to do that&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I connected directly to the ONT and did a reset this morning but still no phone light on the Grandstream box. Any further suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I pick up the phone handset the phone light on the box flashes and I still get device not registered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stu&lt;/P&gt;</description>
