Hi, switched my landline from BT to TalkTalk now my incoming calls all show as number withheld. even though the numbers are stored to the phone memory. Any help appreciated.

Have you activated Caller Display in My Account?

OK, I have just checked in my own account and that feature seems to be missing! Not for the first time that My Account has proved unreliable I'm sorry to say. This has been flagged to the support team here and hopefully they can fix it for you, just bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.

i managed to find it, but because it's a new upgrade, they haven't updated my account. So i can't make any changes until they sort that out. Also they found a fault on the line now. Fingers crossed all will be sorted out soon. Thanks for the prompt to search for caller display, very much appreciated.

Hi, all sorted now. once my account had been updated i was able to activate caller display and any other addons.
