Signed up in Jan, told 10 days but despite calls and chats I’ve heard NOTHING.

Not good communication

When is this happening???

Staff cannot see your account without you completing your community forum profile details - check back where I mentioned how to do this. Remember to click on SAVE CHANGES when completed.

This will help staff see if there are notes on your account for how pending it is - but for most things, no dates are issued until availability of the service is definite, as that would just create further disappointment if they couldn't keep up with the date.

There was an "ideal deadline" for all the switch over to Full Fibre and switching off copper, but actually achieving this literally on the ground is a different matter.
