Caller Display Has Stopped Working

The Caller Display Has Stopped Working On My Phone. I have tried connecting and un-connecting the phones. I have turned Off Caller Display and turned it back on again but no luck. Any help would be appreciated please.

Hello there @Ginge6 , thank you for bringing this to our attention as I do apologize for any difficulties/inconvenience that this may have caused to you.

Sometimes faulty equipment or devices can interfere with Caller Display.

Try the following:

Disconnect all your devices leaving just your phone attached.
Test to see if Caller Display works.
Now reconnect each device one by one, testing Caller Display each time.

OK thanks. I'm going to try removing it and re-adding it on one of our systems. I've just removed it now and will re-add it in an hour

I have tried all of this again with the same result Caller Display is still not working.

Chris said he was reffering the problem to the Tech Dept.

I have heard nothing from them yet.

Thank you for confirming, do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?

For example, a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.
