      <title>CallSafe not activating afer migration to Full Fibre / VOIP Digital Voice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just moved from a copper landline to Digital voice and full fibre.&amp;nbsp; I had a list of blocked numbers that I could add to simply enough via the phone on the old landline but...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to activate CallSafe to give me a similar service via the voip landline it gives me an error message and tells me to call 150. Having spent 30 minutes on the phone with a support person who really didn't understand what I was asking about I'd rather not do that again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to get it activated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alastair&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Scrub that...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I did a long power off then on I was able to dial 1472 and it accepted my "Press 1 to enable" keypress. It reported that call safe would be activated shortly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now when I dial 1472 it's back to saying that call safe is off, asking me to press 1 to enable it and then immediately reporting that it can't help at the moment with a message to call 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not impressed. I'm now back to getting 2 - 3 scam calls a day that I was able to block with my old copper landline service but without callsafe working they all get through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alastair&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To activate this service press 1" message. Nothing else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I press 1 I get a message "Sorry we can't help you at this time. Please dial 150"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So even it if appears to be on at your end it isn't working. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can't use it alongside Callsafe, but, if you block each dodgy number, you do find that the number of unwanted calls becomes minimal. Everyone else can get through.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Selective call rejection is not available on VoIP / Digital Voice lines which is what I now have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used it for years on my old analogue service and it worked just fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll take whatever I can get to work now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alastair&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chris,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes I tried switching everything off for 60 minutes and turning it all back on again. No change - I still get an invite to enable call safe on first call and then a "Sorry" message if I attempt to enable it for a second time a bit later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I note that the website doesn't have any options to manage Call Safe in the Add-ons section despite showing it as enabled for my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alastair&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
