Am I missing something?

Used to be able to see who was last homephone caller number by dialling 1471.

Now just get unavailable tone.

Same for trying to dial 14258 to block last caller number.

I am on FullFibre65+VOIP.

Housephone itself works fine, get dial tone OK.

That's odd, I have Full Fibre with VoIP and 1471 works for me, I have just tested. Not displayed, but spoken back to me.

As for 14258, do you have Last Caller Barring activated in your account?

hi ferguson, problem solved. I had caller display switched on but my housephone is old-tech without a display.....

1471 now works again.

last caller blocking is also now disabled ok.
