      <title>phone been out of order over 1 week</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have not had a landline for over week (21/5/25)your&amp;nbsp; ref 156566688 told engineer would come within 72 hours from Openreach he came Sunday morning left just after 12 phone still not working. We complained again on 27/5/25 your&amp;nbsp; ref 15679987 this was done by chat&amp;nbsp; line and we told our phone would be working by end of 28/5/25 now 17- 50 nobody been yet. I am 80years old my partner is 77&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
