This is for a 'fall alarm.' He is 93 years old and has just lost his wife so will be living alone.&nbsp; And the alarm company keep asking us about the phones? And I don't know the answer? Can anyone help? He's been with Talk Talk for many, many years. He has TV package and Wifi and the phones operate through the old BT terminals in the walls within the house.&nbsp; i.e. not directly into the modem / routerr.
