    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly the agent shraddha did not get what i was saying sent me a email on caller display on how to use it. Then asking if i could try another phone but i did not have another phone and the other issue is on my account it shows pending call features why is it showing pending call feautres&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/856518"&gt;@amahle-TT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;can i ask why the chat live seems not to want to help spent over 30 mins and still no where fast&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;they seem to give me info i can get from ur website&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why was caller display working then not only been with y a sort time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They have also asked to disable caller display why as that when i need it working. also asked to try from a number that is not withheld my mobile is not and is the same shows withheld&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How is this help full to my issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your mobile number is not withheld but you’re still experiencing issues with calls, you may want to check your network settings or ensure that your phone is properly configured for receiving calls.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I used live chat a was chatting to customers service agents i believe the technical person put me through to them !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a open complaint as then agent seems not to understand me reporting a home phone service issue with caller display.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully the complaint does it but why should I have to open a complaint to get u to fix a service issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems ur agents do not know what to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I in the end explain it 3 or 4 times. But still not sure they understand it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very bad service. Not what epexct from a big isp provider&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With Caller display, it's different. Meaning so, here are some reasons Caller Display might not work:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Withheld numbers -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;if the caller has withheld their number it won't appear in your display. Try calling from a number you know isn’t withheld to see if this remedies the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Faulty display screens -&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;try using a different phone with a display screen. If Caller Display works on this phone then it’s likely there’s a problem with the first one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Interference -&lt;/STRONG&gt; sometimes faulty equipment or devices can interfere with Caller Display.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Disconnect all your devices leaving just your phone attached.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Test to see if Caller Display works.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Now reconnect each device one by one, testing Caller Display each time.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If reconnecting a device stops Caller Display from working, that's the one that’s causing the interference. Try not to use it while you use Caller Display.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
