I am a new customer, and cannot get incoming calls on my landline

I have already done a diagnostic test, and got a text from the team saying they were looking into it and would get back to me

I noticed it on the 9th July when the engineer installed it

I have looked at your account and the last time you had contacted us; you advised the agent that you do not want any tests you want to lodge a complaint. The text you received is regarding the complaint not the fault. Can I go ahead and assist you with the landline issue?

The text i am referring to is regarding the line test they did, it said they would send me a message with simple to follow instructions on the 17th July and I heard nothing back. The complaint is related to that and the fact I have been kept waiting so long

I told the agent I didnt want a line test because I had already done one, the one they were supposed to be getting back to me about

Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?

For example a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.
