Last Caller Barring

Hi guys,

Last week I had an unwanted call on my landline so I tried to bar the number. Unfortunately, when I keyed in the relevant code it told me I was not subscribed to the service.

I checked on My Account and it was indeed ticked, so I thought I would try disabling it and then reinstate it later. I got confirmation by email that the service had been removed.

Despite trying several times over a number of days I now find a message superimposed on the page as follows:

Can you unblock this and reinstate the service for me, please?

Hi there @ferguson. Just to confirm are there any changes made/inflight order on the account since you are unable to add the last caller barring feature on your account?

Hi @nambuso-TT I have only just seen your response, sorry, no notification received.

The only change I made was to cancel the feature, which as I said was confirmed last week by email, 9 July and is showing as unticked, albeit greyed out. Looks like a stuck order has to be removed.

Hi @ferguson I have just added the last caller barring feature into your account however, it is saying that it will be queued behind in-flight orders, it is a free service, and this feature should be added on your account within 24hours, can you confirm if you have received an email confirmation of this?

Got back today and checked, working now so thanks for sorting.

Still got "changes pending" on the options page which remains frozen, though.

@ferguson, if I may just double check, does the issue still persists should you try accessing your MyAccount using a different browser?

Yes, as I mentioned earlier.

But the main thing now is that caller display has stopped working.
