I would like a extension to the landline fitted in a bedroom. Does TalkTalk carry out this work and, if so, how do I go about getting it organised?

Hi there @JoyLF, I'm really sorry but we don't help with setting the landline up but can help if you already have it set up. for example, when you are having issues with your TalkTalk services. Thanks

During lockdown a lot of people ordered second lines as they were actively promoted by Talktalk [now 5 years ago!] to help with working from home etc.

However, with the switch to ful fibre, new copper lines are not being promoted as "the latest thing". It would have too short a life due to the switch to full fibre with VOIP.

The full fibre router can only take one phone line plugged into the router.
