After three attempts my fibre was connected but my telephone isn’t working and haven’t worked since the connection was made I am 80 years old and can’t clamber under the desk to try and move connections around . please will you get open reach back to sort it out soon

Hey there, @Querty80. An engineer visit may incur charges, Is the issue only with connecting the Telephone?
