      <title>Phone outage compensation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone has been out of order for 11 days. I understand it is an Openreach problem. I have talked on the chat line to a person and they tell me that I am entitled to compensation of totaling £10 . I thought that TT was part of an agreement with Ofcom to pay £9.99/day. Has anything changed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
