Remove International and UK Calls Boosts

I have followed "My Telephone Settings" and unticked boxes to remove, update and confirm removing:

International Max Calls Boost

Unlimited UK Calls Boost

But get message each time: "Sorry unable to find page"

My latest attempt was on 09/09/2025 at 15.49.

I need to save £30 per month by removing these boosts, but website does not record that they are removed. How can I contact TalkTalk?

For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

@ChangeMaker#1 Please note if i remove the International max boost and the Unlimited UK calls boost you will then be charged at standard rates for local calls and for international calls please refer to our international rates. I would like to confirm if you would still like for me to remove both these boosts?
