    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am not getting the interrupted dial tone indication nor the icon on the telephone display when I have voicemail messages waiting (as verified by checking 1571). The messages record ok but I have to keep dialling 1571 to see if there are any messages. After two long chat sessions with "technical experts" and them making changes at their end, the problem still exists. Please sort it out! Some months ago I was changed over to full-fibre, Could that be the problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
