Unable to add International Call Boost

I've been trying to add an International Call Boost to our TalkTalk landline and after ticking and confirming this in My Account, I have twice now got the message "Sorry, we can't bring you the page you were after ...". Is there something else I can try e.g. another day! Thank you.
