How do you cancel UK unlimited calls boost please. I am paying £16 a month for this service and I don't use the land line that much. Many thanks.

It should be possible to do this yourself through My Account, @newcastle1, but unfortunately these days the system is very glitchy.

Hi @newcastle1 I will be able to assist you with your cancelling the boost for you, you need to be aware that you will be charged the standard price for each call that you make. Or I will be able to offer a discount on the boost, let me know how you will like to proceed?

@newcastle1 I have removed the UK calls boost for you. Please note that any calls you make will now be charged standard rates. Please allow 2-24 hours for the boost to be removed completely. Thank you. I have sent you a private message confirming your new monthly charge.
