Voicemail not working - does not answer calls - 1571 "The service requested is not available"

I have Voicemail Plus enabled in my account and paying the additional charge for it.

However, I have found out that it is not answering calls when i'm out. Also, tried ringing 1571 and the response is "The service requested is not available"

I am on Full Fibre 500 and phone attached to Hub 3
