      <description>&lt;P&gt;Account number:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1015246031&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My &lt;SPAN&gt;Wi-Fi Hub 2&lt;/SPAN&gt; is stuck on firmware SGEK10006000 causing a Digital Voice SIP "Misconfiguration error" please manually push the latest firmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried rebooting the router and factory resetting it to no effect.&amp;nbsp; SIP service was working fine up until the end of MArch 2026&lt;/P&gt;</description>
