      <title>How to change account email address if not currently connected to TalkTalk broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live outside of UK (in Australia) for some of the year and check my TalkTalk account from there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a new email address but am unable to change it in the "My Account" section as I am not in UK and therefore not connected to the TalkTalk broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also unable to connect to the TalkTalk Chat (which I was able to access in past years) - and there is no other way I can contact TalkTalk that I can see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestion?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As Arne says, use a VPN host server that's in the UK and you should be able to access the TalkTalk customer MyAccount and LiveChat.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A customer will not be able to carry out a password change or email address change when not connected to the TalkTalk network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
