Did they phone you?

Were they after your information or did they quote your account number?

What was the call content?

The latter can usually be a sign of spam calls.

Also a quick google search of the number will also provide an indication of its authenticity. In this case there are a few scam flags but nothing concrete.

If you have suspicions its usually best to trust your instincts, put the phone down and phone a number you know to be correct to check.
