Changing email address on line

Want to change my email address. As i no longer use a talk talk network the system security won’t let me make the change. Any idea what I should do?

Not sure if you can make changes yourself, even when you do pay for a service, so wait for staff to clarify, @Philip1953.

Add your preferred new address in the Private Notes section of Personal Information (make sure that you have put the old Talktalk landline number or account number in the main Personal Information section).It's near the end of that profile area. You get there via your avatar/name in the forum; settings....SAVE CHANGES.

If you left Talktalk you would need to be paying for Mail Plus for continued email access long term. Please read:
