URL Blocking

We (chilternvoice.fm) are getting listener complains that TT are blocking our radio stream (we are a UK Ofcom licenced FM Radio Station) at https://radio.entertainmenttechnologies.co.uk:8020/chilternvoice.mp3 - does anyone here know how to get TT to unblock it?

That link you posted is duff, there is an extraneous ] at the end.

This one works for me:

Yes, sorry, my error, however that is not the problem; we have listeners reporting "silence" via TT, which probably means its being blocked by KidsSafe and/or HomeSafe - neither of which should be blocking an Ofcom licensed radio stream!

Most ISPs have a submission site for false positives - but not one we can find for TT.

Ah, fair enough. I don't use those services myself, but they do allow whitelisted sites as far as I know. The TalkTalk support team will advise further when they pick this up once they are back online on Monday.
