      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a samsung galazy mobile phone with giffgaff I've had talktalk anti virus on it no problems till now it's froze my phone I need to be able to ring hospital as my mom is in hospital just having end of life care&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If not search your model number and reset. You should get instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have to say this is the first instance I've heard of the program freezing a phone though.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once reset you could try using it again to see if it is the cause, or uninstall it, but then you do lose features that may be of benefit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't reset for some reason, you'd be best off seeking advice on the Samsung forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
