      <description>&lt;P&gt;My TalkTalk Supersafe on my phone seems to have stopped working with my safari browser I have an iphone running IOS 18.0.1 - it states permissions required &amp;amp; I follow the set up procedures the extension is enabled but nothing pops up to let me allow permissions ? Does anyone else have this or know how to solve the issue?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In that case please open supersafe on the phone, click on the avatar top right then click on app information then click on the version number 7 times. When you've done that scroll to the bottom and click on send the log. Use the email &lt;A href="mailto:supersafeboost@talktalkplc.com" target="_blank"&gt;supersafeboost@talktalkplc.com&lt;/A&gt; make sure to put your community username in the subject of the mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
