I keep getting emails about they will cut off my account if I dont update my virus cover how do i get in touch with talktalk to complain I keep clicking on live chat but nothing comes up, I am thinking of changing my intenet I have not had a problem before

Hi @joeninty are you sure this is coming from Talktalk? Sounds more like a scam or phishing email to me.

Hi joninty, those are scam mails. We don't threaten to cancel anyone's account for not using AntiVirus although I would strongly advise anyone to use one.
