E mail notification of payment

I have received an e mail from what is claimed to be from talktalk claiming my bill is 950 pounds . I believe to be a scam, can you cconfirm that talktalk did not send this e mail.

You should be able to check ongoing charges, package details and bills in My Account, @Archiewootton.

Without further information we cannot say whether you have a very strange bill or a scam email...

If you hover over the sender's name, see if it looks authentic or changes to something else. If you mark it as spam, that will also reveal the sender's name while it moves.

You could post us a screenshot with any personal/account information redacted for us to take a look.
