I keep getting a lot of Phishing emails coming from a site end tag "amazonaws.com". I keep reporting them to TalkTalk phishing, yet they still keep coming. Are these emails actually coming from Amazon or are they definitely phishing emails? Is there anyway to stop them?

You'll usually find that hovering over the sender's name or checking details of sender and recipient will show up the true sender.

All my amazon emails are from something or other@amazon.co.uk.

Anything else is dodgy.

I remove certain senders' emails repeatedly from Hotmail. I don't tend to have much trouble with my Talktalk address.

Once they have harvested your email address the scammers will keep targeting you.

It's worth checking whether your address has been a victim of a harvesting exploit by searching on this site:

https://haveibeenpwned.com/

It's still worth marking things as Spam/ reporting phishing, @Sayuri92.

I've reduced mine from 20 - 30 per day by relentlessly doing this for 2 - 3 years...

Our email suppliers can't keep up with it all, but keep sending things to spam and it will eventually reduce.
