Blocked Website

I have used www.purposegames.com on a daily basis for 12 years but am now unable to access this via my TalkTalk network. It is understood the scam filter within Homesafe is causing the block.

I have removed Scam protection in Homesafe and made the site an exception in Kidsdafe. I have subsequently cleared browser cache and rebooted my router unfortunately the problem persists.

The site is reachable using my phone mobile data but that is unsatisfactory as full wi-fi access is needed.

Any suggested fix please

Problem has cleared after switching router off for 30 minutes then restarting - sorry to bother the Community

Dont worry about troubling us, it's what it's here for.

Things are slower at the weekend as staff only work normal office hours.
