Trying to move the Guardian app over so i can access my Talktalk account from the new phone. However its asking for a security question. I do not remember this at all.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>So now i am forced to keep my old phone, which is having issues, as its the only way i can access my Talktalk account.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Ive tried talking to an agent via the online chat, and they say MFA cannot be disabled. That i need some recovery code? I have a 9-digit code with letters, but i have no idea what its for.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Anyone have any ideas what i can do at this point?
