I'm thinking I know the answer to this but want to confirm.

When I log into a particular website, Community Based, the page is replaced by a 'TalkTalk' page offering a 'customer survey' and a draw.

Would I be correct in thinking this is a scam ?

Hi there @Theshed please confirm which website are you trying to log into and please provide us with a screenshot of the TalkTalk page that is offering customer survey.

Website was Freecycle. I have cleared history and run scan.

If it happens again I will take screenshot.

I'm pretty sure Talktalk would not make contact in this way ?

Anything that pops up on the TalkTalk website is affiliated with TalkTalk so if it is from another website then it has nothing to do with TalkTalk. Please do send us a screenshot if the customer survey pops up again. Thanks
