      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guaranteed speed is 46 Mbps, i currently get 44Mbps to the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the router settings there is this if any help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DSL synchronization status:Up&lt;BR /&gt;Connection status:Showtime&lt;BR /&gt;Upstream line rate (kbit/s):8826&lt;BR /&gt;Downstream line rate (kbit/s):44506&lt;BR /&gt;Maximum upstream rate (kbit/s):8826&lt;BR /&gt;Maximum downstream rate (kbit/s):55212&lt;BR /&gt;Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB):6.1&lt;BR /&gt;Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB):4.1&lt;BR /&gt;Upstream interleave depth:1&lt;BR /&gt;Downstream interleave depth:5&lt;BR /&gt;Line standard:VDSL2&lt;BR /&gt;Upstream line attenuation (dB):7.3&lt;BR /&gt;Downstream line attenuation (dB):16.4&lt;BR /&gt;Upstream output power (dBm):6&lt;BR /&gt;Downstream output power (dBm):13.2&lt;BR /&gt;Channel type:Interleaved&lt;BR /&gt;DSL up-time:5 days 13 hours 55 minutes 59 seconds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also my WiFi regularly drops even when only one device is streaming eg BBC iPlayer&amp;nbsp; and the WPS button doesn't work (I have checked the appropriate settings in the router web interface).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried both webchat and a phone call to resolve these issues but no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone here help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Line test is passing and your line profile isn't limiting your speed. Could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's 2 telephone sockets in the house inc. the master socket (FTTC). The router and house phone (now unplugged) are connected to the master socket. The other socket is not used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;N.B. As part of a webchat session I tried connecting to the test socket in the master socket but this made no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also although I would like to get at least the minimum guaranteed speed the WiFi dropping out is more of an issue at the moment,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
