      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My landline appears to be working but my internet connection has failed. I used the line test function to report the fault but the Service Status Active Fault Timeline is blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you investigate my broadband fault?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jackie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. Several hours later I discovered my landline has failed too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I didn't test the landline, I just checked the broadband connection and it showed the router was connected to the Internet. I've now run a &amp;nbsp;couple of voice line tests, they aren't completing, but I can see that this has now been raised to Openreach for investigation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
