Fibre 900 what setup needs to be done?

Hi, I'm moving soon to a house where it says Fibre 900 is available.

There is a Virgin box outside the house and they say they can do down/up speeds of

1130Mbps /52Mbps and TalkTalk says 944Mbps/110Mbps.

Got those from the website checker, by inputting the postcode.

I'd be happy with either of those, preferably staying with TalkTalk because it'd be easiest.

Just wondering what the setup is. Do they need to drag any cables? Is it a coax cable directly into the house? Will it take long?
