Morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Would it be possible to run a few more wired speed tests at different times of the day using the TalkTalk Speed Tester so we can see how the speeds compare please?

Thanks

Hi there - please can you assist me?

I have been experiencing high latency (and 12ms~ of jitter), some packet loss (1-2%), low download speeds (12Mb/s~) (upload is as expected) and regular dropouts/disconnects of about 5-10 seconds each.

The low speeds/high latency are new, the dropouts have been going on for many months.

I have tried the following :

Plugged directly into test socket

Using TT router rather than my own

Replaced cable from router to test socket

Replaced filter at test socket

Disconnected all devices apart from my PC

It happens on both wired and wireless, it feels like there is congestion/contention. I have set up a Think Broadband BQM to provide a picture to see if it happens only at peak times, I will share once it has been running for a while.

Please could someone take a look?

Many Thanks,

Bradley
